Hi there. I'm a journalist, campaigner, and content producer. 

I have a deep passion for telling meaningful stories, especially those that celebrate women going through the different chapters of their lives, and championing their unique needs that often go unspoken. 

I have created, developed and directed award-winning campaigns, such as The Menopause Workplace Pledge, in partnership with HELLO! Magazine, and supported by Royal Patron HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh.
